Really Sticks
I had the wrong idea as to which ATG tape to use when attaching dust paper seals to the backs of picture frames for pastels. Other tapes I used would mysteriously loose their tackiness after a couple of months and the dust papers would start to peel away from the back of some frames.Research enlightened me to the 969 brand from Scotch. This tape seems to work much better with an aggressive tack and looks like this annoying framing problem has found a solution. You get what you pay for, and it holds true here; this 969 tape is more expensive than other Scotch ATG tapes and considerably more expensive than the off brands. But, it works.

Works well, transfers easily, easy to use and appears to be very durable. Just be sure really want to join the items together and you accurately align the items because separation after joining is very difficult.
