Such a breeze to use
This is a light, powerful and effective addition to my other Metabo air tools. I love them all and they have made residing my 1903 so much easier. They all worked flawlessly and I will keep using this brad nailer as we move to the inside. Great tool and worth every penny.

decent gun
i am a trim carpenter and love the old professional A2 and a3 series nailers that they discontinued 15 years ago. this is not the pro series but it was on sale for 50 bucks and Hitachi/metabo htp is a good brand I’ve used them and dads shot millions of nails through the old 16 ga guns. The a series ,roofing guns, and staplers are like industry standard along with paslode framing gun(paslodes new pneumatic 16ga guns are garbage I’ve seen 5 break in the first month).I normally shoot porter cable 18 ga(their 18 ga and framing guns are good the rest are crap)and have repetitively gotten somewhere around 500,000 nails or more out of them, they are fairly cheap, and you can usually find them at any pawn shop cheap.I use 2 porter cable daily and needed a spare incase one breaks on site so I tried this. The gun shoots good and sinks nails fine. however Hitachi(metabo htp)have changed their triggers from the old ones and now they all have a long pull of the trigger then a hard shot which is good for the average user. I like how the old 90s and early 2000s models have a short pull of the trigger that you can pretty much just wiggle your finger and shoot multiple nails in a second or less which is great for installing door jambs or building window jambs where you are shooting 4 or more nails in a row very quickly. This gun doesn’t do this as fast or smooth and the porter cable. porter cable is the next fastest smoothest gun I’ve found for an 18 ga, therefore I will just buy me another porter cable gun when i need another. these guns are NOT bad and are a good brand but for my professional hard fast use it is not my favorite gun but it is still getting used daily and has had thousands of nails ran through it with no issues other than the cosmetic plastic piece came off

Good feel, lightweight, effective
I bought this to replace an older Porter Cable brad nailer that had gone bad. Cheaper than having it repaired. It is lighter and less finicky. Easily fully embedded 2″ brads at just 80lbs. One project completed and hope to have it for years to come.

Light weight and works every time.
I like that this tool is lightweight since I was trimming out the inside of a 4 bedroom home. Worked every time the trigger was pulled. A little louder than another brand that was being used in the house also. Not a problem since both should be used with hearing protection if used for extended times.I would buy this again.

Great tool, Amazing Price
I normally do not write reviews. This was an emergency purchase. My other expensive 16 gauge nailer blew a seal and wasn’t working.I put over 1,000 2 inch 18 gauge brads thru this unit without a problem. It is small light and very dependable. And yes, I used a framing nailer where needed.

Great Nailer. I feel like this was an upgrade from the deWalt nailer I have been using. Just feels tighter in the hand. Handles great, nice sound when air rushes through, no missed nails.Bought this because the DeWalt nailer was throwing way to many blanks. This nailer doesn’t miss a nail.Problem I’ve had so far is getting a new plastic tip for it. I phoned up Metabo themselves and they said phone back in a month when they expect to get more in. Phoned back, told me they had one and to ship it here would be $50. Found one on Amazon that fit perfect for $15.Another problem after doing probably 30k nails is likely due to the compressor having too much condensation in it or me oiling it too much, but a little bit of oil (or I suspect its just oily water) comes out on some nails, which isn’t desired from a finish nailer.

This model works flawless and with added features that other regular C1 brad nailers do not have.

As stated. worked for a while, jammed a lot, broke quickly. Front piece of plastic on the cartridge shattered somehow during operation.
