I ordered the green version of this product and it’s beautiful. More important than the color of course is how the actual product works and it works like a dream. Easy to follow instructions, easy connection to whichever device you choose to use and the app is very straightforward. The scoop attachments are a soft silicone material that slips over a metal frame that way you don’t scratch your ear canals. It is a well made tool but has one big flaw for what I needed. I bought it to remove the pins from door hinge pins. Works great except for the lowest pin. The “shank” or “handle” part is too long to work for this pin because there is no room to “hammer” on the punch. Not the tool’s fault, it just won’t do what I needed.
