The Allway Glass and Tile Scraper Kit can be used for a variety of scraping purposes on glass, tile, metal, flooring and other flat surfaces. The 4-inch Glass & Tile Scraper contains a patented, easy push-button opening and locking mechanism to safely change and maintain the blade. No tools are necessary to change the blade. The quick-change mechanism is made of durable Celcon, ensuring it will not wear out over time. The handle features a comfortable, dual mold soft grip to prevent fatigue during extended use. This kit comes with five 4-inch universal glass and tile replacement blades that provide value and prolonged usage. The blades can also be used with a 3.5-inch tool after breaking along the score line. When not being used, the scraper can hold the blade in reverse for safety. In addition, the blunt edge of the blade can be used for more heavy duty scraping. The Safety Glass Scraper is a heavy-duty, all-steel retractable blade scraper with a soft-grip rubber boot that can be used to scrape residue from glass, tile, metal, and other hard, flat surfaces. Included are 5 replacement single edge blades in a patented, easy to use, plastic dispenser. The exclusive, intermediate safety position means the blade will not slide out while you are using the scraper. The exclusive, bronze covered slider ensures smooth functioning every time. Fully extend the slider to remove and change the blade quickly and easily. Completely retract the blade into the scraper for safe keeping. The full-depth blades are 0.009″ thick and have a plated steel backing for added durability. The blades are individually paper wrapped with the patented dispenser firmly holding them in place, so they will not fall out in a toolbox or when dropped.

My New Go To Tool
Love this little gadget! Works for car windows (not for inside where it can scratch tint), to get paint specks off or caked on dirt, but the best is when removing hard water spots on glass showers!

Great little tool
These work great! Bigger one i use to get soap scum off walls and the smaller one is for glass. I used it on an oven door to get caked on burnt food off the glass. It worked very well. Didnt scratch the glass

Works great but blade falls out and handle is a little short
This was recommended to me by a cleaning professional. So far Iâve only used the bigger scraper. It worked great for cleaning a friends shower with caked on soap scum. I had never used one before because of fear of damaging surface but this didnât hurt the shower wall and saved me so much time over using non scratch pads and super heavy duty cleaners. But while using, the blade kept falling off-which is annoying, and in my opinion the handle needs to be a little longer. But it worked and is definitely worth the money paid.

Very Dangerous & Other Design Flaws
Both the large and smaller scraper have serious safety issues, as well as usability issues, listed below.I am still on the hunt for something better. Lisle has a somewhat larger tool that is better, but haven’t found anything for smaller work. Currently looking at Unger, Ettore, and some others. But I cannot recommend either of these ALLWAY products.SMALL SCRAPER ISSUES-Blade is extremely difficult to insert, even when following instructions. Handling these old school razor blades is already dangerous, but the mechanism to hold them is so tight that it makes it very easy to cut yourself when inserting or removing the blade. There simply is no safe way to do this unless wearing chain mail gloves or using a pair of pliers to hold the blade.-The mechanism that holds the blade in the working position constantly becomes disengaged when using. Sometimes simply due to pressure, other times because the disengage button is in right in the path of where your big dumb finger often pushes inadvertently.-The shape of this thing is just not very ergonomic, and makes gripping it securely a little challenging.LARGE SCRAPER ISSUES-The mechanism that holds the blade in the working position constantly becomes disengaged when using. Mostly because the disengage button is in right in the path of where your big dumb finger often rests. There should be a positive lock so that it cannot be disengaged.-They say that you can store the blade safely by reversing it, but the act of inserting or removing the blade is inherently dangerous, so this is simply a cost cutting measure that doesn’t measure up. They really should have a simple piece that covers the blade for storage, or better yet, something retractable.-They give you 4 extra extremely sharp blades, but absolutely nowhere to store them. They missed an opportunity to store them in the handle.-Speaking of the handle. It’s not terrible, but it’s pretty hard plastic, and could be more ergonomic.
