I use this mostly in the making of traditional bows and arrows. Itâs perfect. The blades are durable, easy to sharpen, and it comes with multiple replacements. The adjustment is standard stuff, nothing complicated.

This is not an exceptionally crafted heirloom quality tool.It is functional and ideal for infrequent use. If you havenât used a spokeshave (or hand plane) before, you may want to splash some cash for one that is easier to use.
