Works great, and leaves a smooth surface (no need to finish with the factory wheel). Great price. easyinstall. The Drill Doctor is awesome. (Use 135 degree angle for easier drilling in metal).

Works great but a little tricky to learn how to use it. Definitely need a little practice on a few drills to get the expertise down. But, even if you grind them wrong, you can redo and fix them! I also bought the 100 grit course wheel for some large very damaged bits I have. That cuts much quicker but does leave a course finish on the bit, as you would expect. Makes easy work of sharpening masonry bits of all sizes.Keep a vacuum nearby. May want to use rubber gloves to prevent the fine metallic dust from entering your pores.Wearing a dust mask is recommended but it doesn’t put an obvious amount of metal dust in the air. Makes a high pitch sound so may also want to wear ear protection if working with it for more than a few minutes. Could be bothersome for the neighbors if using late night and your work space is open to the outside.Bottom line. .. a great tool ! Worth the price. Wish I had one years ago.
