A unique Universal Adapter allows the saw to file, clean, and scrub.The adapter is well-built, heavy, and sturdy. Tools attach firmly via a hex shank.The line includes 2 metal files (Half-Round & Rat Tail), 2 wood tools (Flat Rasp & Rat=Tail), 3 Brushes (2 Stainless Steel & 1 Nylon), a Cleaning Brush and a Cleaning Pad.Unfortunately, Reciprotool was aquired in 09/11 by Jore Corporation.The full line of these tools is difficult to find at the moment.

Many uses
Not working as well as I had hoped.

It is not 1/4 inch..
The small end of the file is 5/16 +. Would not work for my application because I needed 1/4 as specd.Originally I gave a poor review, but I got very helpful response from customer service at Reciprotools

Worthless if used with the flimsy RCT-A10 adapter, use with a drill is okay.
I purchased three Recipro files (half round, rattail, and rasp) for use with my reciprocating saw, all three of which required Recipro’s RCT-A10 adapter. The half round and rasp files flopped all over, compared to a saw blade. At least I can use the rattail file with my drill.

Super High Quality!
I have been using this off and on for some time now, and it is still working great! So easy with this, and my adapter piece, to file out holes now with my reciprocating saw. Oil your work, and this thing will last a very long time. I Love it!

I bore 1 rim with this
I actually bore a oem Cadillac rim with one of these.It took hours in my living room as I watched tv and did an up and down motion and around the rims bore.I did the other 3 rims with a metal hole cutter that I ordered from here since I live in a rural location and a trip to the city is more expensive than Amazon.com You know the rim I did with this rat tail, it’s bore looks the nicest.
