Dual Cartridge Caulking Gun

Heavy duty, no dripping, and durable. Good for both DIYers and technicians.Only for 13.5 fl oz / 400 ml 1:1 ratio dual cartridge epoxy. Not for 200 ml, 600 ml or 1:2 ratio.

The Right Tool Helps

Double sets of thrust plates push the rods more easily.Two rods advance synchronously to assure 1:1 mixing ratio.The design of single set thrust plate is originally for single tube. It is very difficult to propel dual cartridge. Definitely not advise.

Lock the cartridge neck in position to fix well.

Spread the Cleaning Paste

The cleaning paste works as anti-bonding wax in grouting job.Spread the wax over the joint surface. Do not spread inside the joint.This step is compulsory for the unglazed or textured surface tile or stone. Otherwise the strongly bonded excess would not-that-easy to be scraped completely on such abrasive surface.For glazed or smooth tile or stone, this step could be waived, although the wax still facilitates the epoxy excess removal after its initial set.When choose masking tape to get rid of the excess, this paste could be waived.This paste is water or suds cleanable. It is multi-purpose and good to clean the leather surfaces, like shoes, bag, sofa, car seat, house appliances, etc.

Shape the flat surface.Use rag or tissue to clean the head after each press.If material touches skin, use wet or alcohol wipe to clean.

Shape the outside corner.

Shape the inside corner.

Tricks to Do the Installation

Dispense slowly to make joints fully packed and the material count.Discard the initial 4″ long material, of which the two components are not regarded mixed evenly, and thus not advised to grout the joints.One aim of shaping the grout is to divide the excess from the grout inside the joints. This would ease the excess removal very easily after it sets.After shaping, leave as is for the epoxy to cure itself. DO NOT use water or sponge to wash, which would cause mess.

Note: You need have razor scraper, utility knife at hand when applying. Masking tape is also not in this tool kit.
